How much does it cost? Postling is free for personal and small business use. If you manage more than one "brand" each additional brand will cost $30/month. Examples of brands may be locations, if you own more than one business, or if you also want to include your personal accounts. Billing cycles are one month long and begin the day you register. How can I add brands? You have complete control of your account, which means you can add or remove brands at will. You can do so in the "brands" menu. The fee change will be reflected on your next billing cycle. What forms of payment are accepted? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discovery, and American Express. We are fully PCI compliant and Visa certified so your information is safe with us. What if I change my mind? If you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account, the changes will be reflected on your next billing cycle. Billing cycles are one month long and begin the day you register for Postling. Cancellations are effective immediately and you will not be charged going forward. We do not offer refunds on payments already made. |
