Since I couldn't sleep yesterday, I was watching anime on my iPad on the crunchyroll app.  Then I realized that there was a ton of Korean dramas on there that I should probably started watching, so now I'm halfway through Coffee Prince.  I've been meaning to get into them for a while now.  I just never got around to downloading them.  Knowing me, I'll probably be spending the next week of my life in my room watching this shit.

If you have an FHA loan this might help, certain guidelines exist read below to get the gist.

In an effort to help homeowners who owe more on their homes than they’re currently worth, the government will initiate its “short refinance” program on Tuesday, September 7, 2010.

According to an August 6 Mortgagee Letter released by HUD (click here to download the entire letter), the program will allow “borrowers who are current on their mortgage to qualify for an FHA refinance loan provided that the lender or investor writes off the unpaid principal balance of the original first lien mortgage by at least 10 percent.”

While lender consent is required and program participation voluntary, the FHA has stated the program could modify between 500,000 and 1.5 million upside-down mortgages.

Following are a few of the eligibility requirements detailed in the Mortgagee Letter:

1. Homeowner must have negative equity, be current on the existing mortgage, and have a FICO score greater than or equal to 500
2. It must be for the homeowner’s primary residence
3. Existing loan can’t be FHA-insured
4. First lien holder must write off at least 10 percent of the unpaid principal balance
5. Refinanced mortgage must have a loan-to-value ratio (LTV) no greater than 97.75 percent
6. Second liens must be re-subordinated so the new loan does not exceed a combined LTV of 115 percent

Because of this last requirement, this program may have difficulty when confronted with situations involving second lien holders.

This program, along with Integrator Support’s dealer program, simplifies the implementation of RMR generation for integrators. The combination of project financing with remote video surveillance monitoring, hosted access control, and/or other managed services allows systems integrators to competitively market RMR-generating services through monthly payments and ensures they get paid on time.

The official end of the summer season was marked today, with perfect weather, great barbeque food and lots of friends and family.  It was a different kind of summer for me. I didn’t make it to the beach very often and my children are getting a little older and a lot more independent so I was much less of an activity director and more of a check-up-on-them to see what they are up to while I’m working kind of mom.  All in all though there were maybe not as many family activities, but the ones we had were good ones.   We are now all starting new adventures and setting new goals for the coming school year.  We all have a feeling of hope and anticipation for something good in our near future.  We’re not able to pinpoint it exactly but we know it is coming.  Knowing is the beginning of all good things that come our way.  My daily inspired thoughts.
