Postling aims to be the best tool for small businesses to market, listen, and respond to their customers using social media. And by "social media", we don't just mean Twitter. We realize that a true social media strategy requires the use of a suite of tools, ranging from blogging to Twitter to Facebook to Flickr. We're here to help you do what you do best - engage with your customers and talk about your business - and otherwise get out of the way.

Our History
Postling started out as a tool we thought would be really helpful for the Bed & Breakfast innkeepers who were joining our first site, waffl.
You see, we were asking them what was really frustrating (technologically speaking), and they all said, "Well, you know what...
everyone keeps telling us about this blogging, Facebook, Twitter thing, but it's really time consuming and frustrating. We don't want to log into 5 different sites every day and figure out how to use 'em.
We'd pay for a tool that made all of this easy for us."
Great! So we starting thinking and planning, and we quickly realized that this was something our Etsy seller friends would really love and use every day ( we would know, since Chris & Haim were co-founders of Etsy ). Our DreamIt Ventures mentor, Ellen Thompson of 4walls.us, told us her apartment property manager customers would also want a tool like this. If innkeepers, artisans, and property managers all want a tool like this, why not bakeries or freelance photographers or boutique hotels?
And voilà! Postling was born.
We first got the idea for Postling in June 2009, and we're working hard, building it piece by piece. We will continue to improve it, mainly by listening to you and understanding the problems we can help alleviate. If you have any problems or suggestions, contact us! We're real people who love helping people like you, and we want you to drop us a line and say hi.
